Harout G. Keosian, Esq.
Harout is the founder of Keosian Law Group. After many years of working at a prominent plaintiff’s firm, Harout established his own practice in Encino, California in August of 2009.Mr. Keosian represents clients in all types of real estate transactional and litigation matters including real property damage claims and landlord/tenant issues. Given Mr. Keosian’s background in business and as a practicing real estate broker, Keosian Law Group also provides real estate legal services such as short sales and real estate negotiations.
Harout is also actively involved in serving the community. He has served on the boards of numerous community and charitable organizations. He was elected and served on the Encino Neighborhood Council from 2008 to 2010 as the Education Representative.
Mr. Keosian received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Economics from the California State University Northridge in August, 2001. He received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in May, 2004. Mr. Keosian was admitted to the California State Bar in May, 2005.
Maria Hovsepian, Esq.
Maria joined the Keosian Law Group after many years of working in insurance defense, defending companies, corporations, businesses and individuals.Ms. Hovsepian practices in all areas of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Ms. Hovsepian also has significant experience representing employees before federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
In addition to employment-related issues, Ms. Hovsepian has extensive experiences and practices in areas involving medical and dental malpractice, personal injury, contracts and business litigation.
Ms. Hovsepian received her Bachelor of Arts degree in American Literature from University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. She received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in May, 2004. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December, 2004.
Adela Z. Ulloa, Esq.
Adela is an attorney and real estate broker specializing in both litigation and transactional matters. Ms. Ulloa joined the Kesoain Law Group after gaining extensive experience working as an associate for other firms as well as starting her own practice in 2008.Trained as a civil and commercial litigator, Ms. Ulloa has significant experience with all aspects of litigation. Confident that a background in litigation provided foresight that other transactional attorneys lacked, Ms. Ulloa expanded her practice and expertise into the transactional realm, focusing on real estate transactions, corporate formation, contract drafting and the preparation of small estate plans.
Ms. Ulloa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego in 2001. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in May, 2005.
Ms. Ulloa is admitted to practice law in the states of California, New York and Arizona. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of California and New York.
Nareg S. Kitsinian, Esq. - Of Counsel.
Nareg Kitsinian is Of Counsel to the Keosian Law Group.After graduating from Loyola Law School in 2004, Nareg practiced law at Girardi & Keese, a nationally recognized leader in Consumer Advocacy law. As an attorney at Girardi & Keese, Nareg practiced civil litigation with an emphasis in toxic chemical exposure, catastrophic injury, and complex business litigation. Later, Nareg practiced at the Law Offices of Karns & Karabian, a well respected law firm in the State, where he continued his civil litigation practice.
Nareg is active in community and civic service. Nareg is a former elected official of the Encino Neighborhood Council and served as the Planning and Land Use Representative.
